Jon McCleery

Co-founder and Technical Director

Jon is our lead project strategist at FullTech Systems. Jon enjoys explaining technical solutions in a straightforward and friendly language that our clients understand and appreciate. He started working with Macs in 1997 while attending Vancouver Film School for New Media and later studied as a Network Enterprise Specialist at BCIT in 2004.

Over the last 25 years, he has worked with various creative organizations and, more recently, with BC crown agencies, industrial import, software development and startups, and board governance.

Jon has added to his expertise recently in the areas of IT compliance and Cybersecurity.

Lately, you’ll find Jon enjoying a good film, concerts, fine coffee and the great outdoors.

Penny McCleery

Co-founder and Operations Manager

Penny is the official “wearer of many hats” at FullTech. From customer service to marketing to accounting, Penny ensures the company runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She’s also likely the first voice you’ll hear when contacting FullTech.

After getting a degree in Computer Science, Penny ran her own business helping companies get top Google rankings. She later joined forces with Jon to launch FullTech Systems and currently loves the variety of work her job allows.

Penny loves being a mom, riding bikes in foreign lands, and living in her hometown of beautiful Vancouver, B.C.

Jamie Hurrell

Consultant

With his lifelong love for technology, Jamie is a multi-talented technical support consultant at FullTech.

He possesses a wide-range of IT knowledge, but is a Mac-lover at heart. He also values highly his client relationships and will go the extra mile to help you understand your issues. He continually impresses clients with his expertise and–if you hadn’t noticed–his winning smile.

When not delving into IT support, you’ll find Jamie enjoying a good sound system, spending time with family, or fighting fires in the Township of Langley.

Joe Truesdell

Consultant

With over 15 years in IT consulting, Joe continues to impress with his professionalism and expertise.

He has helped numerous businesses build up and maintain their infrastructure. Whether large scale project management or one-on-one systems support, Joe prides himself on maintaining a positive demeanor and enthusiasm for problem solving.

A lover of the outdoors and animals, Joe spends his free time boating, biking and hiking with his pooch. He’s an active volunteer with his local animal rescue and has fostered over 40 dogs in recent past.
