The Story

Established in Vancouver in 2010, Lark Productions is known for the outrageous reality show, Real Housewives of Vancouver, and the drama, Motive. With a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment and staff traveling internationally, Lark could not afford the risk of server downtime and needed a more reliable email system.

FullTech was engaged to migrate 45 users to Google Apps for hosted email, which enabled seamless and secure syncing on all devices anywhere in the world, with peace of mind that it’s all backed up off-site.

FullTech also upgraded Lark’s on-premise server to a robust new Mac Pro, with OS X Server with Profile Manager. Lost or stolen devices can now be remotely locked or wiped ensuring no sensitive data is compromised.

Ten core, corporate staff were also set up on FullTech’s Managed Service Solution. They receive pro-active maintenance for guaranteed system stability and timely technical support.
